Child Safety Standards
QuickEntry has community features (posts, comments, notices). These are our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Effective immediately for new users, and 30 days after posting for existing users.
1. Zero tolerance
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers children. This applies to posts, comments, photos, notices, profile details, complaints and any other content in QuickEntry.
2. How the service is designed
- QuickEntry is for adult members of housing societies. Accounts are tied to a verified mobile number and must be approved by the society office or the flat's primary owner.
- Minors can be added only as family members by a parent or guardian, and community content is visible only to verified members.
- There is no anonymous messaging and no way to contact strangers outside the societies on QuickEntry.
3. Reporting
Anyone can report concerning content or behaviour, in the app (to the society office) or directly to our child-safety contact below. Reports of CSAE are reviewed with priority and actioned within 24 hours.
4. What we do
- Remove the content and preserve evidence as the law requires.
- Suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved.
- Report to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and law enforcement in India, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, in line with the POCSO Act, 2012 and the IT Act, 2000.
- Cooperate fully with lawful requests from authorities.
