Delete your account

You can delete your QuickEntry account yourself, in the app or on this page. No email or call needed.

Delete in the app

  1. Open QuickEntry (or QuickEntry Guard) and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to Settings and tap Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

What happens

Deleted immediately

  • Your access to every society and flat
  • All sign-in sessions and push-notification tokens
  • Your community posts, comments and likes

Erased after 30 days

  • Your name, mobile number, email and profile photo — replaced with "Deleted user". Changed your mind? Write to info@pushpendratechnology.com within 30 days.

Kept without your identity

  • Invoices, payments and ledger entries — 8 years, as Indian tax and company law requires
  • Visitor logs and gate records — for your society's security retention period (default 12 months)
  • Audit logs of approvals and changes — for the society's records

To remove a visitor's or household staff record, ask your society office or write to us.

Delete on the web

Verify your mobile number with an OTP, then confirm.

Trouble? Email info@pushpendratechnology.com from any address with your registered mobile number; we verify and complete it within 7 days.
