1. Who we are
QuickEntry (the "Service": the QuickEntry resident app, the QuickEntry Guard app, the society console at admin.quickentry24.com and the website quickentry24.com) is operated by Pushpendra Technology Private Limited, CIN U62012UP2024PTC197957, registered office Office No. 1312, 13th Floor, Tower C, The Iconic Corenthum, Plot No. A-41, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("we", "us").
Your society and us. Your housing society decides to use QuickEntry and decides why most society data is processed (for example how long visitor logs are kept). For that data the society is the Data Fiduciary and we process it on its behalf as a Data Processor. For your QuickEntry account itself, website enquiries and the security of the Service, we are the Data Fiduciary.

Visitors and household staff. When a guard records a visitor, or you register a maid, cook or driver, we process their details on the society's behalf. Guards are instructed to tell visitors that a photo and mobile number are recorded for security, and you should let your staff know before registering them.
3. App permissions
| Permission | Used for | When |
|---|---|---|
| Camera | Visitor photos at the gate, meter and complaint photos, scanning guest-pass QR codes | Only when you take a photo or open the scanner |
| Photos / files | Attaching a photo or PDF to a complaint, notice or post | Only the file you pick |

4. How we use data
- To provide the Service: sign-in, visitor approvals, passes, billing, helpdesk, notices, polls, community, staff operations.
- To notify you: push notifications, in-app alerts and emails about visitors, notices, invoices, receipts and reminders.
- To keep the society safe: audit trails of approvals, manual verifications, check-ins and changes; abuse and fraud prevention.
- To support you and improve reliability: troubleshooting from server logs.
- To respond to demo requests from the website.
We do not sell personal data, rent it, or use it for advertising. We do not build profiles for marketing.
Legal basis. Under the DPDP Act we rely on your consent (given when you sign up or submit a form, withdrawable at any time) and on legitimate uses such as your society's provision of services you asked for, compliance with law, and responding to emergencies.
5. Who we share data with
| Recipient | What | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Your society | The society (office, committee, guards, and residents of your own flat) sees data according to their role | Society operations — the society decides how it uses this data |
| Google Firebase Cloud Messaging | Push token, notification title and body | Deliver notifications (Google LLC) |
| Razorpay | Amount, invoice reference, your contact for the payment page | Process online payments. Card/UPI/bank details are entered on Razorpay and never reach us |
| Hosting provider | All service data, encrypted in transit | Servers located in India, operated on our PTPanel infrastructure |
| Email (SMTP) provider | Your email address and the message content | Deliver welcome mails, notices, invoices, receipts |
| AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) — only if your society enables the assistant | Only the text a committee member asks to draft, translate or summarise. Never phone numbers, OTPs or payment data | Writing assistance for the society office |
| Authorities | What the law requires | Only on a valid legal order or to protect someone's safety |
Inside your society, access follows roles: residents see their own flat; guards see gate activity; committee members see society-wide data the society admin allows; another society can never see your data.
6. How long we keep data
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Account (name, mobile, email) | While your account is active. Erased 30 days after you delete your account |
| Visitor logs and photos | As set by your society (default 12 months), then deleted |
| Invoices, payments, ledger | 8 years — required by Indian tax and company law; kept with the society without your personal details after account deletion |
| Complaints and proof photos | As set by your society (default 24 months) |
| Community posts and comments | Until you delete them or your account |
| Push tokens | Until you sign out, uninstall or delete your account |
| Server and security logs | 90 days |
| Demo-request enquiries | 24 months, or earlier on request |
7. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access and correct your profile in the app (Profile → Edit name) or ask your society office to correct flat details.
- Withdraw consent and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or on the web at quickentry24.com/delete-account.html. See section 8.
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you and who we shared it with.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (section 13). If not resolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Requests about society records (for example removing a visitor log) are passed to your society, which decides as the Data Fiduciary. We respond within 30 days.
8. Deleting your account
Deletion is available in the app and on the web without contacting anyone. When you delete your account:
- Immediately: you are removed from every society and flat, signed out on all devices, push tokens are deleted, and your community posts, comments and likes are removed.
- After a 30-day grace period: your name, mobile number, email and photo are permanently erased and replaced with "Deleted user". Write to us within these 30 days if you deleted by mistake.
- Kept without your identity: records a society must keep by law or for security — invoices, payments and ledger entries (8 years), visitor logs within the society's retention period, and audit logs.
9. Security
- OTP sign-in; short-lived access tokens with rotating refresh tokens; tokens stored in the phone's secure keystore.
- HTTPS/TLS for all traffic; database row-level security that scopes every query to one society.
- Secrets such as SMTP passwords and AI keys stored AES-GCM encrypted; payment card data never touches our servers.
- Role-based access, maker-checker on sensitive actions, and audit logs; information-security practices aligned to ISO/IEC 27001.
If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
10. Where data is stored
Service data is stored on servers in India. Push notifications pass through Google Firebase, and — only if your society turns on the AI assistant — drafting text is processed by Anthropic or OpenAI, which may process it outside India under their data-protection terms. We do not transfer data to countries restricted by the Government of India.
11. Children
QuickEntry is meant for adults (18+). A minor may be added as a family member only by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their use. We do not knowingly collect data from children for any other purpose. See our Child Safety Standards.
12. Cookies and local storage
The website and console use a few strictly necessary storage items and no advertising cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
